Hello! First thing I want to say is that I decided to quit the gym and BURN CALORIES AT HOME NOW! You may ask me, why I decided to do it? Well, I have been there two times this week… I can’t tolerate when all people are staring at me in the gym… It’s really annoying and I feel very confused. That’s why I came to this decision. I think I can find another effective way to lose my weight.

So what I’m going to do now? I thought about it a lot. Well, I need to find more information about various methods of burning calories… I think I should read more about different weight loss programs. That’s my plan for today :) Well, I must go now Dear Readers. See you next time!
