Hello my Dears!

I haven’t written here for several weeks because I have been very busy these days. I am so happy because I have found a new job! Well I work in the library again, but this one is better for me. New friends, new people, new place, new experience… Great I think! I was so busy with my job that I didn’t have time to think about other things like calories. Until now. Yesterday I had an appointment with a new nutritionist. We have been talking a little bit about my eating habits, weight and about new diet… The second appointment will be on the next Wednesday. Next time I will write more about this meeting. Take care and see you soon!

Hello!

I have been surfing through the Internet for a while trying to find meaningful information about companies and the jobs that they offer… Accidentally I have found very interesting Calorie Calculator! It shows how many calories you burned while participating in some type of exercise or activity. For example, I have never thought that brushing teeth burns 13.68 calories per 3 minutes for a 240-pound person… Yes, dears, it is really difficult to admit that I have gained weight! I hate this!!! I have never been over around 240. I need to burn calories immediately… And I will do it.

Well, I was talking about the calorie calculator. I want to show you some interesting statistics:

  • Watching TV (10 minutes) – 19.2 calories
  • Washing the dishes (10 minutes) – 40.8 calories
  • Taking a stroll (10 minutes) – 55.2 calories
  • Ironing (10 minutes) – 40.8 calories
  • Playing cards ( 10 minutes) – 31.2 calories
  • Aerobics (10 minutes) – 108 calories
  • Brisk walking, with the dog (10 minutes) – 79.2 calories
  • Dancing (10 minutes) – 91.2 calories.

Gosh, if I took these all activities, then I would burn 466 calories! Amazing! All I need to do is to live more active life. That’s all for today! Goodbye!

Good evening… I’m so disappointed in myself… Today I bought a new scale (the old one has broken down…). Dear Readers, I feel very shame.  I have put on almost 3 pounds! Gosh, all my efforts have failed after one week! It can’t be worse, than this… Everything I need to start from the beginning. Well, I can’t give up, because I have promised to myself. I must be a strong woman. I need to think about everything right now.

It’s been a month since I started to write my blog. What have I done since then?

1. I haven’t eaten any hamburger (I am very proud of myself for this).

2. I have joined the gym (Well, I have been there only three times…).

3. I have gone on the Watermelon diet (…For the three days. What a shame…).

To sum up, the results aren’t very good. I think I put too little efforts in burning calories. Dear Readers, I need to change something radically in my life! But how to do it?

The first thing I can do is to go to the gym tomorrow. Then I need to continue my Watermelon diet. Or I could find more information about burning calories and choose another diet plan… Well, I’m too tired to think about it now. I need to relax… Goodnight Everyone! See you next time!

Hello! Well I have just been reading a very interesting article about watermelon diet. I love watermelons so I’m very interested in this diet! But I have some doubts… Is it really as easy as it sounds? They claim that it is only needed to eat a lot of watermelons. It is written that if I replace 3 ounces with watermelon at eight calories per ounce than I can save about 426 calories a day. It is enough to lose 3.7 pounds a month or 44 pounds a year!!! Burning your calories with watermelons…Gosh it sounds amazingly simple! I think I had never heard about the tastier diet than this! Well I am going to take a look into my fridge if I have some watermelons.

P.s. I am so interested in watermelon diet that I forgot to write about my first training day… so I promise to write about it the next time.
