Dear Readers, as I promised to You, today my post will be about Italian methods of burning calories and a variety of Italian traditional meals.
As you know, Italian food is unique amongst world cuisines because it has birthed two international meals – pasta and pizza.
First of all, let’s talk a bit about pasta – one of the traditional Italian foods. Dear Readers, did you know that Italian pasta has about 600 different varieties and shapes? Well, I have the opportunity to taste some different Italian pastas and it was so delicious! Moreover, Italian pasta doesn’t contain any fat, sugar and starch! I think it’s a good choice to eat this meal when you are burning calories. When I have the time, I will try to make it myself!
Well, I have to admit that Italian pizzas look so delicious… Margherita, Capricciosa, Verrazano, Urbana… I have never eaten so good and tasty pizzas in all my life!!! But my friend said that pizza has a lot of calories and isn’t very healthy… After these words I am afraid of my weight situation … Maybe I have put on weight after this wonderful trip?
Finally I want to say that during my trip I haven’t seen any obese Italian. Maybe different culture and traditions play a big role in our life…
